Where did that week go?! I can’t believe it’s Friday again already 🙊 #TGIF Today’s post is a little round up of the style at the Cosmopolitan Women of the Year Awards sponsored by Baileys.
The awards took place on Wednesday night in London to celebrate Cosmo’s ultimate women that have made a positive impact this year. The red carpet was star studded and of course, the style was top notch too. The Little Mix girls each have their own distinct styles but I love how their stylist still manage to keep their looks tonal at the same time. I particularly loved Jades look, wearing a co-ord crop top and 50’s style skirts, super chic 😉 
Ella Eyre wore a burgundy dress by designer Anna Popovich. I love the rich colour and gold accents. This is a great look on her, really her style.
Next is Michelle Keegan and once again she looked ahhh-mazing!!! She always stuns 😍 I love this style of dress, it’s classy while looking really stylish at the same time, just a little dash of sexy! And those barely there heels are really classy.
Caroline Flack won the Ultimate TV Personality on the night. She wore an all black outfit and I’ve noted that in the past, any outfit I can remember her wearing in the recent past has been black so I would love to see her introduce a bit of colour to her looks sometime soon.
Louise Redknapp wore a stylish black look. The skirt is amazing, it’s the type of thing that you could easily wear to work and then pop on heels with for an instant evening look. 
Fleur East brought some serious colour to the awards in this striking yellow trouser suit. A trouser suit is always a really lovely look when teamed with the right accessories and Fleur can definitely pull off the yellow colour, her style is so fun!
Definitely my Favourite look from the night was on Myleene Klass. This outfit is soooo chic, I love the lace pants paired with a long boyfriend fit blazer. The pants are actually from a pyjama set in her Littlewoods collection here. What a Klass idea!!
