It’s a Sign!

It’s a Sign!

Hey girlies,

I just had to share this find with you tonight! I absolutely adore this nectarine dress that I spotted on ASOS earlier this evening. Whenever I have a special occasion that requires a unique outfit, ASOS is one of the first places I click on to – they have a fantastic selection so almost everyone’s style is covered!

The label in question here is The 8th Sign which is a British brand claiming to refresh evening wear by updating classic styles with a new look. The two designers, Melissa Barton and Yasmin Todd, focus on strong silhouettes and tailored cuts in their line of statement dresses. While The 8th Sign is sold through ASOS, Littlewoods and selected UK boutiques, this particular gem is exclusive to ASOS.

This off the shoulder dress is so trendy; you’ll of seen yourself a lot of Bardot tops and dresses on the highstreet already this year, yet this skater style dress is quite classic, utilising one block colour and just a little bit of detail with lace sleeves. I actually thought the sleeves were embellished at first but either style is nice.

I think this could be a stunning option for anyone that has a summer wedding coming up or all the communions and confirmations that are just around the corner. You could wear this to so many events and because it’s one solid colour, you could get different looks out of it by accessorising with different colours each time. Cobalt blue will look really edgy with this dress, while a fuchsia pink combination will look stylish and chic 😉 Classic cream or ivory would also look fresh while black heels will take this dress out on the town with you ✨

This dress is priced at €197.18, but if you re-accessorise it like I mentioned above, you’ll get tonnes of wear out of it! Don’t be afraid to share it on Depop afterwards either – exclusive pieces like this could be just what somebody else is looking for after you’ve got your wear out of it. ASOS will offer free delivery to Ireland on orders over €25 and deliver within 5 working days. I also find them great to deal with for returns too, but hopefully you won’t need to send it back 😉
