Bargain Buys at River Island

With summer holidays and festival season literally just around the corner, the high street is full of cute clothes and accessories to make sure you look super stylish throughout. You’ll thank yourself for buying these printed shorts this summer. The slightly high waisted fit means they will be super comfortable and they will take you from day to night easily. Whether you pair them with a loose fit t-shirt and gladiator sandals in the day time,or dress it up with a crop top and stilettos for the evening!

A sweet little pair of sandals are a must-have every summer of course and I think that these ones will go with absolutely everything! From white jeans to a sun dress or denim cut off shorts, these little open toe beauties are so versatile. The navy/white stripe & tan combo is always a nautical inspired winner too! These would be perfect for holidays, so easy to wear with the espadrille sole & ankle strap.

There are so many styles of sunglasses that are en vogue at the minute, especially great copies of designer ones but sometimes it’s nice to have something that’s unique and won’t go out of fashion too quickly. These white ones are really chic and I love the pop of colour with the turquoise on the inside of the arms and the gold trim. The slight cat eye shape is so glamorous too!

Lingerie inspired fashion is a lovely micro trend currently, you’ll of seen it in the likes of New Look, Zara and Topshop already so this little slip top with lace detailing is the perfect nod to the trend! Can you believe that this is only €29?!

I have sooo many great clutches from River Island that I pull on time and time again, I literally have them with years, so they’re my go to for affordable accessories. This clutch is such a classic, with the gold detailing and snakeskin print. It brings a subtle amount of drama to an outfit and teamed with gold jewellery, it would be fabulous! Finally, this body chain is stunning and an amazing piece to wear to a beach club or festival – imagine it with a stunning printed bikini and kimono or at Electric Picnic with a plunging bodysuit and denim cut offs! Ugh, I want to buy a ticket so bad now 😂😂 I just love the turquoise stone in the middle, it’s a real statement!
